Our Terms

Car parking – on street parking is available (but not guarenteed) opposite the guest house. There is a car park opposite which charges £15 for 3 days (£5 a day) this price includes the use of other national park car parks over the period.

Arrival & Departure – bedrooms are usually available for occupation from 1pm on the day of arrival. As we are a family run guest house, we like to greet our guests personally and we would ask guests to confirm an approximate arrival time. The latest arrival time for check-in is 7pm, if guests plan to arrive later than this then they are asked to advise us of this at the time of booking.
We ask that rooms be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Non-smoking – Autumn Leaves Guest House is strictly a non-smoking establishment. Guests found to be smoking on the premises may be asked to leave and will be charged £75 for the deep cleaning as a result of this.

Pets – Sorry but we do not accepts pets at Autumn Leaves.

Children - We do not accept children under the age of 11.

Payments – We accept the following forms of payment: cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard.
Sorry we do not accept American Express.

Loss/Damage – We ask that care is taken at Autumn Leaves Guest House. Guests are liable for any loss or damage to our property or the items within it. Please report any damages as soon as they occur.

We do not tolerate abusive / disruptive behaviour, if you are abusive / disruptive in any manor either towards staff or guests you will be asked to leave the property and will be charged the full amount.

The credit/debit card details supplied are held to secure payment for any loss of keys, damage or breakages caused during your stay. If the damage is significant, we may make an additional charge, especially in the instance of us being unable to let the room due to damage.

Liability – we do not accept any liability for any damages. Loss or injury to any member of your party, your vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or by our employees or contractors whilst acing in the course of employment.

Normally we require a minimum of a 2 night stay at weekends, however, if you require a 1 night stay, please ring us to check availability and we will try our best to accommodate you. We require a minimum of a 3 night stay on Bank/Public holidays. These rates include a full English breakfast and use of the facilities at the Old England Hotel. Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of one nights stay is required.

Cancellation - Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will incur no further costs. In the event that the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival or for guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, the full amount will be charged. If for any reason guests have to leave early and their stay is ‘altered’, they will still be liable for the full amount.

No shows and guests who fail to turn up at specified times without prior arrangement, may have their booking cancelled and be liable for the full amount.
